- All sales are final. Consider the items you wish to purchase carefully. Once an Order Form/ deposit/ payment of any kind has been made, there can be no changes / no refunds/no cancellation to your order. Should you cancel your order, your payment will be forfeited.
- Priority. Purchases are based on first come first serve basis. Priority will be given to those who are able to make payment first/earlier, especially so in the event of availability of only 1 (one) piece/unit.
- Payment within 3 days. Booking / reservation is allowed. However, your order will be cancelled and items will be released for sale again if payment is not received within 3 days of order form sent.
- Payment method - Cash Deposit/bank-transfer via Maybank n CIMB account.
- Poslaju. All items to be sent via courier service ( POSLAJU for EM/WM).
- Shipping schedule. a) Local Shipping of item is done twice a week (Monday & Thursday) due to time constraints. Please take note that shipping will happen only after payment is received. b) For overseas shipping, I will provide you the courier details and costs based on your confirmed orders.
- Local Shipping cost: West Msia: RM 8.00 (1-6 items) East Msia: RM 12.00 (1-6 items) additional item is RM 1.00 per piece.
- LittleCute Closet will held no responsibilities once the item is shipped out. Thus, lost item is at buyer's risk.
